Falling Leaves

This is an old animation project of mine, I was trying to experiment with lighting and dynamic particles, and I'm quite happy with the result. It was originally going to be part of a longer video, with characters and a story, but it took too much of a toll on me, so I decided not to return to animation until I could draw faster and with more precision.

Backgrounds done in Photoshop, leaf animation done in Flash, post-processing and effects done in After Effects. Plugins used: Video Copilot Optical Flares, Trapcode Particular, CC Lens Distort (I think it's called that).
